Every service, what it costs and what it is for. All prices are before 5% GST and 7% PST. Every appraisal is prepared remotely from photographs and documents, with no physical inspection, and every report says so.

Estate, probate, insolvency, court directed and contested assignments are scoped before acceptance. The $75 one hour terms advertised for a standard FIN 320 do not apply to them.
